FFS add third date to to upcoming run of shows

Franz Ferdinand and Sparks have added a Manchester date to their forthcoming UK shows.

The two acts are operating under the name FFS with a short video previewing a song called ‘The Domino Effect’ released last week.

FFS will play their first ever gig at Glasgow Arts School on June 16 before playing the much larger Troxy in London on June 29. The new date added today (March 17) will see the band play Manchester’s Albert Hall on August 25.

Gigs in Zagreb, Brussels and Paris will fall between the two as well as festival appearances at Benicàssim, Slovakia’s Pohoda and Lollapalooza in Berlin.

Further European dates in July follow, with gigs in Lyon, Amsterdam and Cologne all scheduled.

Franz Ferdinand released their most recent album, ‘Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action’, in 2013. Sparks remain an active live band and released ‘The Seduction of Ingmar Bergman’ in 2009.

FFS will play:

Glasgow Arts School (June 16)
London The Troxy (29)
Manchester Albert Hall (August 25)
