It was recently announced that The White Stripes‘ benchmark album ‘Get Behind Me Satan’ will experience its first-ever vinyl release this year to mark its 10th anniversary.

Originally released in June 2005, the group’s fifth LP will be reissued for Record Store Day 2015 as a two-disc set on April 18. The package will include one red vinyl and one white vinyl disc. A standard black vinyl edition will follow later this year.

Meanwhile, a never-before-released White Stripes live album and DVD is set to be released.

The package will focus on the band’s 2005 tour of South America and come as part of the Third Man Records subscriber-only service, The Vault. It will include the double LP ‘Under Amazonian Lights’, which was recorded live in Manaus, Brazil on June 1, 2005, as well as a DVD featuring footage recorded at the gig at Teatro Amazonas Opera House.

It was also recently announced that White Stripes frontman Jack White will be headlining this year’s Coachella Festival in California. The event takes place across two weekends later this month (April).
