I really can't wait to see them. I was lucky enough to see them play on the Rollercoaster tour in 1992 at Brixton Academy. The friend I was with who was a girl nearly got punched by the biggest bloke I've ever seen, but that's another story Jesus And Mary Chain headlined, they were very 'rock' at this time. Dinosaur Jr were pretty good. There was also a (very) drunk Blur: Damon nearly fell off the stage about five times. They did play an amazing song I hadn't heard before called 'Oily Water', but it looked like they were about to implode at any moment. But My Bloody Valentine were amazing very very loud and yet they noise they made was strangely beautiful. They played the climax of You Make Me Realise for about 15 minutes. It was really funny watching people stop dancing one by one as they, er, realised it was a massive wall of noise.until there were only a couple of psychos still trying to gyrate. Great gig. Can't wait to see them again
