i read the news just 2 minutes ago... i punch the table... for the people who don't know music he was just the drummer of jimi Hendrix... for the people who really knows rock n roll... he was much more ... he was the drummer of the jimi hendrix Experience...it was a BAND... so many people forget it... with Noel Redding and the impressive propulsive drumstyle of Mitch Mitchell... Hendrix will never be at this glorious place of musical history... you're free at last Mitch...and thanx

May gigantic ego ?! ahhhahhh ahhh hey ok May has probably a big ego ...but the Gigantic ego is a speciallity of AXL... everybody in the rock n roll circus know that... too many highway lines destroyed the half of his brain...let's wait the release of Chinese Democrazy to see if it's the good side of his brain who still active...And well... Paul Rodgers did a good job in the last Queen record... it's far better than the previous Queen lp ...Guns n Roses are historically a detail in comparison to Queen...hehe

The Dandy Warhols to release their own records

Band leave the world of major labels behind

Fri 07 Mar, 2008

offkeyericdee is right... their last album was one of their most "jam" oriented...so it was proabably not so easy to promote it...and the choice of their 1st single was not very smart , is it the band or the label who choosed it ?... it was a funny track but surely not something that will "get high" and trouble the chart plastic pop egemony.

The Charlatans hit big with free album

'You Cross My Path' is week's second most popular UK album

Fri 07 Mar, 2008

hey those charlatans are brothers...i was a fan years ago...but an album for free is a bad bad idea... It's easy for popular bands to do that...but imagine a moment what it means for group who try to live of their music... i means 95 % of the rock bands are just survivors... and if those free albums by big acts will happen more and more in the future...how those little bands will survive... they need to sell their few albums to continue to live... It's hard work doin' an album...and givin it for free means that it was easy to do ...that music don't means much...i'll tell you... it will kill a lot of little bands in the egg
