Farrell, you lose all credibilty in criticising people when you can't spell. Being sarcastic is bad enough but doing it while being thick is shameful. I'm assuming that "dersperatly" should be "desperately". Next time, ask someone with half a brain to check your spelling and grammar before you try to give people grief on here.

Mani: 'Stone Roses will reform if we're offered enough money'

Bassist says there's a chance the Manchester legends will play together again

C'mon Mani, give it up. It's only ever you in the press going on about a reunion. Why don't you take a leaf out of Ian Brown and John Squire's book and leave things as they are. After what they've both recently said, especially John Squire, a reunion now would be awful.

He was up Tony Blair's arse a few years ago coz it was cool. Now he's up Barack Obama's arse coz it's cool. Pathetic. What makes people think Obama aint gonna renege on all the promises he's making like every other politician that gets real power??

Oasis' Noel Gallagher: 'Jay-Z wrong for Glasto'

The guitarist says hip-hop is 'wrong' for the British festival

Mon 14 Apr, 2008

IT'S ONLY ONE FU*KING ACT OUT OF HUNDREDS!! Well done to the Eavis's for booking something that's different. I aint much of a fan of Jay-Z but I hope he doesn't pull out, diversity is important. Seeing as the Saturday at Glasto is now some sort of hallowed slot maybe they shudda put Kings Of Leon on Saturday and Jay-Z on the Friday.

Oasis O2 residency rumours resurface

Could the Gallaghers be playing London venue this year?

Sun 13 Apr, 2008

Great to see 'em back!! I hope they're still gonna tour the rest of the country. It's all good and well playing loads of dates in London but not everyone can afford to travel down to see 'em at the 02. After tickets, travel and a hotel it'll cost a fortune for anyone not in the south-east. Don't forget the north lads!!!

China to 'tighten control' on foreign bands

State to crack down on bands after Bjork outburst

Fri 07 Mar, 2008

Comments (1)

"Hurt Chinese people's feelings"???!!! I doubt most of the Chinese people know about Bjork's statement due to the fact that China has no free press and internet access is tightly controlled so her comments can't have hurt the people more than the way their human rights are stomped on everyday by the government who can't take the slightest (and totally justified) criticism. And look at the reaction! No bands should go there, most ordinary Chinese people will be denied the chance to see them anyway. YorkshireNed hit the nail on the head, vile and heartless is what the Chinese government are. And they get the Olympics....
