ChrisPaz, Mary Guibert has nothing to do with record companies re-releasing her son's material. The truth is they invested a lot of money in Jeff's album, it wasn't as successful as they hoped it would be, he passed away and they've been trying to make their money back ever since. Mary is very respectful about her son's legacy and has refused to provide any other material Jeff recorded to the label because she doesn't want them putting out anything Jeff didn't want to put out himself like a duet demo he did of "All Flowers In Time Bend Towards The Sun". So before you start trying to slate his mum for exploiting her son, have a think, do some reading and educate yourself a bit.
