The Cribs should have won best live band by a long shot. So much passion and energy goes into their live shows, no fireworks, no huge backdrops and no flashing strobes. It's just the music, which is somewhat reassuring to know that there are still bands out there who put on the show of their lives every time they go out and play, without any elements of a pantomime involved.
