so ban 6 million people from the internet, then see every provider of internet access go bankrupt, and sue the government for it. The only way to stop illegal downloading is to stop all downloading full stop, legal or otherwise. If it isn't there people can't do it. I still stick with the point that everything sounds better on cd or vinyl.
