I don't think they're promoting touting. not all tickets on viagogo are from touts but obviously most of them are. Glastonbury have managed to stop touting but when was the last time glastonbury sold out in 24 hours? I think they're saying go to touts as apposed to leedsfest.net where you will lose your money. although i don't have a clue.
