to be fair, John Lennon wouldn't publically kick off about guitar hero using his songs, wouldn't make a fool of himself by filing lawsuits with drinks companies, and most certainly wouldn't sell music he made with session musicians as "The Beatles"

Whatever band Axl Rose is in will always be called Guns n Roses, it's a joke lol This band are no more Guns n Roses than Velvet Revolver are.
