I thought the BBC coverage of Glastonbury was very poor this year. They kept showing the same acts over and over. Crosby ,Stills & Nash were shown about 4 times, Bruce at least 3 times, Pendulum 3 times, Tom Jones twice, etc etc. It's irrelevant whether I like these acts or not, but what is the point of repeating the same stuff over & over, and not showing other acts. I personally would love to have seen Eagles of Death Metal's performance. As a huge fan of the band (I've seen them twice in the last 3 months), I was hoping that a bit of Glasto coverage would raise their profile, 'cos they are a truly outstanding live rock'n'roll experience and have an amazing rapport with a live audience. And I have yet to hear one of their song's on the radio. Hey ho. I guess the plus side is that I will still be able to see them in tiny venues as I did last Thursday at Falmouth. 600 capacity, SOLD OUT. Awesome
