The ticketing system is fine in theory. But in reality there's ONE website and ONE phone line- ridiculous. If it were the first time tickets for Glasto had been sold this way I'd cut them some slack. But it's been a couple of years now and that's more than enough time to realize that way too many people are going to want tickets and a single website or phone number simply won't be enough to cope with the high volume of people. Then again, they haven't announced all the detailsyet. Maybe they've made some changes this year.
