pitchfork - fair point mate, I can't really argue with that, it's just it annoys me when I see people slag off bands I like such as Oasis, Coldplay, Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys, Keane, etc then there speaking like it's fact that bands such as Kings of Leon, Elbow, Foals (Bands i really don't like) are good. I don't like the music critics either who are too snobby and "try to be different" by slagging off bands like The Killers. Someone once said on here, "It's about whats good not what sells", might be a fair point you know, but who decides "whats good" at the end of the day music is about opinion and mine is that Coldplay are a much much much better band than Elbow. By the way I love the British Sea Power album.

Glimmers, do you ever wonder why bands such as Elbow and Mystery Jets only have shall we say "small but passionate" followings and bands such as Keane and The Killers have huge international fanbases, bands that can sell out arena tours and sell thousends and thousends of records. Why is it The Killers oout sell Mystery Jets by a hundred to one do you think? hmmmm.......
