yeah its pretty much what the above two say - Zutons were storming on their first effort, near concept-album like. "Tired...." wasn't even all that bad either, with a few chart slayers in there. It was the most recent effort which got them this. Any idea which single it was which didn't chart?

jspath, we all know what went on at Glasto, its not like we were sitting watching it going "Wow, he sounds really like Liam there, dunn'e?". It just comes out a lot easier than saying all that crap that you did. As for for Jaydiohead, i'll need to hear it.

this is another Leona record which i think is undeserved. First of all she breaks the fastest selling debut album record (Arctic Monkeys), but she did have a single out 8 MONTHS prior to the album coming out (whereas Arctics was about a week). Now she breaks a download record with a song she doesn't even write.

Sorry, but anyone else thing that this announcement is extremely disappointing? Firstly, getting a band as disputed as Glasvegas is a far shout from certain stars as Arctic Monkeys in 2006, or the indie-wonder-line-up of the year before. Secondly, is it not a bit pointless to headline the NME Tour bill, roughly a month after they've been out on their own tour? Was the first one not enough? I've been waiting for this since the Cribs gig and I must say, not impressed.
