Timesup Blur were never bigger than Oasis, so don't know what your on about, Definately sold 7 million copies (the highest selling debut album of all time) followed up by Morning Glory (£15 million albums sold). Blur won the chart band but that was all drummed up by NME, to help sell magazines, Oasis won the battle at the Brits, when they wipe the floor with blur and eveyone knows it. Blur wouldn't sell out a stadium tour in 2 hrs they don't have the fan base or the songs to back it up with.

time_for_something_biblical Oasis are where they belong, Britain’s best loved band and the band of our generation. To compare them to Oasis is like comparing a Aston Martin to a Ford Ka, Blur were ok in their day, but will they be talk about in 30 years and known as a truly great band, Have the fastest selling debut album in history, would they sell out a whole stadium tour in 2 hours, I think not. It’s all about getting a little perspective Sunshine

Urban Fucking Hymns as you call it is a great album. Better than the most overrated Band (Radiohead) and the most overrated album (OK Computer) ever. Thom Yorke (Can't even spell Tom right) is an egotistical little shit who needs a good kicking in the fuckin head, Blur are ok though.
