agree with marcus X. im a music producer as well and judging by the waveforms and by what I hear, the GH's version is a bit 'louder'. Plus, it's got a bit more headroom and enhanced lows, so I can only assume this regards the way both versions were mastered. One last thing, remember that CD is 16bit/44.1khz which is a lot less than what the blu-ray disc supports. I'm not sure, but I think the blu-ray discs are always 24bit and their sample rate is always higher than 44.1khz. I'm not sure, but I believe it's usually 96khz. So there you go NME, a load of reasons to explain why the GH's version sounds 'louder'. The guy who was so bold to use a spectrum analyser on both versions could have told you this, or at least, done a little research.
