Oasis' Noel Gallagher: 'I spent £1m on drugs and enjoyed every minute'

Guitarist has some harsh words for Coldplay's Chris Martin

Mon 06 Jul, 2009

Comments (1)

'except for heroin which kills people and which I have never tried...' What a complete fanny. OK Noel, so you never took heroin cause it kills people but none of the other drugs you did have ever killed people? I am sure a lot of parents who have lost there children to these 'other drugs' you speak of would disagree with you (and more that likely want to tear you a new bumhole) Fuck off you pap and watch what you say....you are a parent too. Or did or your drug taking make you forget that?

Noel Gallagher: 'Oasis is a rudderless ship'

Guitarist reveals troubles in the band's camp

Mon 04 May, 2009

Comments (1)

Orangeboy - Totally 110% agree (I read somwhere that 100% doesn't exist anymore?). I went to see Oasis in 1994 at Lucifers Mill in Dundee. I was 15 at the time and was in my total element. I bought Definetly Maybe and listened to it and all the b side of the first album relgiously. I loved them. Now I think (and have done for a while) they are the dullest and most uninventive band on the planet. Last time I went to see them was at Murrayfield in 2001 and it was complete turd and full of people who you now purely associate with Oasis. I'm sure you know what I mean. I believe the lost rudder that Noel speaks of is Tony McCarroll - Him and Guigsy's rhythm section ruled - now they have Andy Bell (a great guitarist) playing bass and have a had a million 'studio drummers' since McCarroll got the boot. It saddens me to say it but they are so one dimensional, you only have to look at the terrible support bands they pick. Band who aspire to be them (oasis). Its almost like a fucking massive ego trip. Sorry Noel and Liam but your time is up. It was up a very long time ago...

AC/DC 'not playing T In The Park 2009'

Festival chiefs deny newspaper rumours

Tue 25 Nov, 2008

Comments (1)

Being a local lad the rumour mill is always turning as to who is turning up at T. In my honest opinion I think that they will play, This is just a ploy by Ellis to stop a ton of people buying cheap tickets on Friday when they go on sale at this years prices. White Stripes, Bowie, DC. I have also heard there might be a Murrayfield gig in June. One or the other Angus is coming home...

I love how soundedd is a legend on here for all the wrong reasons. The Killers are pretty rubbish mate. The only reason they sell so many records is because radio 1 spoon fed you there kack (music) and people like you flock out to buy it. Like msst bands nowadays, cracking first album and the rest of there overhyped efforts, utter dross...
