Whilst Noel does sometimes miss the point, on this one he's hit it square on. Yes, Brand and Ross dicked about, shouldn't have done what they did, but they apologised and they definitely won't be so careless in future. The tone set by the BBC, the British public and the media is, to quote the mighty Fry, 'greasy, miserable, British and pathetic'.
