well actually i have it on A1 authority (from the man himself) that he was sacked. He no longer got on with the band, but the record label like to say that he quit. Truth is he was pushed, because they're a bunch of jumped-up, ego-fuelled wankers. Why the smokescreen? it's not like anyone actually gives a shit about the kooks!
