This is very much a case of"You are free to do as we tell you..."How far are they going with this ban? If I was in Russia would I be allowed to listen to Cap'n Jazz??? Let's face it they kicked this whole genre/scene off 20 years ago!You can just imagine Russian delegates slowly working their way through banning the different groups of people who annoy them on their way to work
