Wow, is all i really have to say. Look im gothic and wiccan. I dislike emo's because of the fact that they are grouped in with us. The "Emotional Goth" or emo as they are called for short were said to our brethren, when honestly they are nothing like us. Sure they dress dark, and the music that is considered emo i listen to as well. But they aren't us! And thats what pissed me off about them. But you cant put a legal censorship on a lifestyle choice! That isn't right, at all! Next they'll want to put a ban on being gothic, or jeeze they might wanna start up the ol' salem witch trials again. All that will happen is that you will have many rebellious people with a chip on their shoulder. And now you have actually given them one!!! Taking away a right is wrong and if some of them are deeply depressed then they will take it to the suicidal step. For they will feel like a prisoner in their own country, add that with anger and misguided thoughts...and BAM you have a suicide people.Being different shouldn't be a crime. Being suicidal should be. You cant prevent them from taking their own lives just cause they've changed their apperance...thats stupid thinking. But you cant just stand by and do nothing as well. But do a survey, find out how many really want to die. Find out why they dress the way they do.Because if being different is a crime, then you should lock me, the rest of the goths, the vampyres, the demons, the witches, and the liycans up as well. For we're in the same boat. and if given the choice i'd reather sink then swim.
