What do you mean, "is it any good?" ? Not only is it clearly damned good, you've already praised it in your magazine! Obviously different people at the NME will have different opinions but Jesus Christ, lads, you've got to stand for -something- collectively otherwise what the hell does an NME review mean anymore?!

This is a shame. It's a silly competition but let's face it, Terry's commentary is exceptional.

My Chemical Romance fans protest at Daily Mail offices

Fans attack paper for 'scapegoating bands' in emo coverage

I have no interest in My Chemical Romance at all, but would like to echo some comments already. Fair play to the kids. The Daily Mail is a shocking rag and it's always nice to see them get scrutinised in this way. Their views are horrendous. Well done, kids!

Kaiser Chiefs Ricky Wilson: 'Oasis have disappeared up their own arse'

Singer says his band are ready to replace legends

Sat 31 May, 2008

Bless. Kaiser Chiefs? Successors? To what?! That's pretty dull. New album shaping up, cracking, lay into (arguably) the biggest band in the country. Good publicity! Other than that, this is pure nonsense. I also find it incredibly intriguing that he thinks Oasis think themselves to be Led Zep. Why Led Zep? Could it be that they reformed at the O2 recently? Mmm? Excellent powers of deduction there, Kaiser lads! Whatever. Drab.If there was to be any successor (again, successor to what?), it'd be the Arctic Monkeys. Not these plebs. Are they still going? New album?
