Girls Aloud diss indie bands on new song

It's been done before, and not just with the 'indie' scene. 'Indie' (the word itself is beginning to annoy me) is what's popular at the moment, and Girls Aloud are 'speaking out' as it were. No one complained when The Cribs or Hadouken! (whose phrase 'Hoxton Hero' is claimed by GA as though it were their own) did it, yet it's as if there's something wrong with Girls Aloud doing it. They have some catchy tunes. I wouldn't buy them, but I enjoy listening to them more than I do than the latest release from The Pigeon Detectives or The Wombats.
