the man is right! All the clauses, and things like 'new formats' - are archaic, and designed just to fleece artists. New band sshould utilise the power of the web, and relase new music through sites like sellaband, cherryecho.com, and slicethepie, who allow music fans to support the music they like, and ultimately decide who makes it.
