Tremor: It's ok to like Coldplay, just as it is ok to dislike them. That "major label VS indie bands" argument is for high schoolers. But don't worry, in a few of years there won't be any major label bands or indie bands left; just good bands and bad bands. oh, but of course we'll still have to deal with the distinction between good and bad taste.

uhmm...let me see..."the songs I didn't write" (we could only wish!) = annoying trite melody"Viva la Vida" = annoying trite melody...Ladies and gentlemen of the jury there are two deductions to be made from this sordid affair:(a) Mr. Martin and Coldplay have run out of ideas (I suspected as much years ago) and (b) this song is substandard material, or, more simply put: a polished turd.VERDICT: We find the defendant AND the accused, guilty of poor taste in the first degree.SENTENCING: Chris Martin & Andrew Hoepfner will "exchange" their lives for 30 days. Andrew: have fun with Gwyneth. Chris: have fun at Burger King.Court is adjourned
