Pet Shop Boys announce Johnny Marr-featuring album

I want to announce that Johnny Marr is playing on my record as well. He agreed to do it for round-trip airfare and a steady diet of my mom's Cuban cooking. When we break on the weekends from making the album, he likes to go down to our local discotheque (Coconuts) and play Salsa with the house band for a little extra cash. The other day he wanted to swing by the Stefan Studios and I insisted it was against his best interests. But he couldn't be dissuaded, and I thought, "what's the harm really?" So I sat through a horrific version of "Conga" with Johnny, Gloria and some members of the Miami Sound Machine. That Johnny, he just likes to play with everybody I tell ya...Anyway I'll send NME a reference CD of our project so everyone can get a taste. Hopefully it will be done soon, 'cuz my mum's complaining that he's drinking all the Jupiña...
