I was at that show and they actually played five songs before the house lights were turned on and they were told to end the set They managed to get in one extra song in defiance before Simon lost it. He basically stormed offstage and we didn't see any audience member assaulting him - we were all too busy ducking. It was unfortunate that the organizers couldn't get their act together with this show. Finally a chance to see one of the biggest bands in the UK and CMJ gave them ZERO promotion, the sound was terrible and they were treated poorly by being cut off like that. All this doesn't excuse the fact that concertgoers could have been hurt, but as a Biffy fan, I'm sorry that they didn't get the respect they deserved from the organizers.
