Sorry ed2005 but that is a stupid assessment to assume he would like a band that you do! He plays guitar in a guitar-based rock band so his list clearly reflects his influences in terms of writing and playing.

where are the smiths, led zeppelin, the stone roses and the jam......Noel has previously claimed each of these would be up there and yet i've never heard him How Deep Is Your Love by the Bee Gees:)
