Maybe I was a bit naive, but when I bought tickets for the Blur gig at Hyde park on the Friday 3rd I was under the impression that that was the official 'reunion' gig. But then they announced a gig the day before at Hyde Park. Then they announced a stadium gig in Manchester. Then they announced they're playing Glasto. I expected a couple of low key warmup gigs, but I wouldn't call Glastonbury low key. I doubt Hyde Park would have sold out if people realised they would have three major opportunities to see the band sooner. Supposedly they're 'not doing it for the money' but they're certainly doing it in a very cynical way.
