With the the exception of a few flashes of genius (Beetlebum, Coffee and TV, Out of Time), Blur have been in decline since 1996. Gorillaz and TGTBATQ are really what the past 3 Blur albums should have sounded like. All four members have very much moved on in radically different directions and don't really need Blur any more. My advice to them is to never reform and become legends like The Smiths.
