It comes despite Cornell telling NME.COM the band won't reform

it's not really the band reforming, and thayil didn't go out and get another vocalist. problem is, it gives soundgarden fans like me some false hope that they may actually tour again. i say false because when you listen to cornell's new album...that quickly eliminates any real hope...
