All these people hating on Josh are idiots. It's a rock band people! These "fans" need to enjoy the show and stop being pricks. It used to be if you were trying shit like this kid, the other fans would stomp your ass and let security drag his sorry ass out of there! Kid probably went back home and started crying "Mommy, that mean lead singer called me names and threw a bottle at me!" WHAAAAAAAA!!
