Music and video sales 'to be outstripped by games sales'

Research claims games may be biggest sellers this year

Does the fact computer games are bringing in more money mean doesn't mean that games are selling more than CDs & DVDs?Computer games are on average between £15 and £40 with some such as Rock Band and Guitar Hero costing over £100 each.Your average CD/DVD is between £5 and £15.You can normally get 2 or 3 CDs/DVDs for the price of a decent video game.If video games were truely outselling CDs and DVDs then surely the amount spent on them should be at least double that spent on CDs and DVDs shouldn't it?When you think of it like that it's a bit of a non story really isn't it?
