Babyshambles: 'Is it Led Zep without John Bonham?'

Drew McConnell is a big fan though

I would give my left nut to see Led Zep in their prime. However I can't see how this is any different to when Page and Plant did a few things together in the mid-nineties. I saw them at Reading 98 and it was amazing to see them play a lot of stuff from the the first few albums. I have always respected them for not playing under the moniker of Led Zeppelin because it's not Led Zep without Bonham which is why they split when he died. As much as I'd love to see them play with John Paul Jones again I think this is very much a cynical money making exercise. This is as bad as the so called Pumpkins reunion. If it hasn't got the original members of the band it's not a reunion, it's just a cash cow.
