this is fantastic news. i saw waters on his 2007 UK tour and he was brilliant. this is a unique chance to hear the massive DSoTM live in its entirety and should not be missed, as this looks to be the very last dates of his tour.

if it is true, then it would be great, but the chances of fans getting a ticket for such an event would be highly unlikely. there would be too much demand, with tickets going for extortionate amounts on ebay.
