darko189, calm down, i was joking. By these ' interesting and exciting bands out there with something to say' please dont tell me you're refering to the skinny jeans brigade? By the way, I don't listen to 'piss poor indie' thank you very much.

I was only joking, for example, The Ting Tings are mancs and they are the complete opposite to brilliant! I completely agree with DaveIndieBoy's comment. Oasis have their detracors but these people are usually just sheep with nothing new to say. Very few new bands these days will have a career anywhere near as long as Oasis.
