Drug takers dont deserve prison! dealers yes but not takers! Why the hell couldnt he be sent to a secure rehab clinic for 3 months instead of a place riddled with drugs! the government need to look at this flaw in our justice system! If their arnt any clinics that you can be sent to by a judge until you are clean then their should be.. Build them instead of more prisons..

Shut up you moron!! Pete Doherty has been made an example of and if he is being wrongly locked up he should be in a segregated area! why does he deserve attacking for having an illness?? Drug takers dont deserve prison, prison should be for people who are a danger to society, people who drink 10 pints and go and kick the shit out of random people on a saturday night. Pete doherty is a gentle soul, we should be helping him not putting him at risk! Stay strong pete xx
