The no show at Manchester was very strange. Band posted a note on the door 5 minutes before they were due to arrive. Very bad form. Main act Young Knives ripped into them and suggested they didn't show as their album had had a good week in the charts and they just couldn't be bothered turning up. I doubt the illness story very much. Judging from past incidents I wouldn't be surprised that they would fake a car crash too to get out of obligations to their paying fans. Good music...but the guys themselves illness or no illness...meh.
