Really why does the media love this crackhore talentless freak? She doesn't even have respect for her fans, the only ones who seem to respect what shes doing. They should stick her in prison with her crackhead husband for GBH. She surely can't get away with assaulting someone?

We will be looking back in 20/30 years time after Muse have bowed out and our children (along with our selfs) will be pleading for a reunion just like Led Zeppelin and for that final tour to play a greatest hits set. So like them or not (as I'm not a massive Zeppelin fan but respect what they do) they will go down in history and be the greatest band of our era and will change the face of the music world for years to come.

Jay-Z hits back at Noel Gallagher in Glasto row

'We have to respect each other' says the Glastonbury headliner

Tue 13 May, 2008

I just want to say to the_troglodyte comments on Reading/Leeds festival not stooping to such lows, that Mr Jay Z has already played that festival along with Eminem and Fidy Cent, all playing high up on the bill. So its not a new thing and might possibly be a good move for Glastonbury. All I'll say on the matter is if they were to book a rap artist to headline you go for the likes of Kanye West who appeals to a wider audience.

Roskilde band booker talks about line-up

Festival is 'easier' to get to than Glastonbury

Wed 16 Apr, 2008

The only thing about having bands play at least a 50 minute set, is that all your smaller bands don't have enough material so will play. So they wil play 50 minutes on the dot and then you have about 2/3 hours before the next band you want to see is on. They stretch out the day so long, by the time it comes to the headliners your too tired to enjoy or even show up to the show. Its a handy festival for me been 45 minutes down the road, but it hasn't got the vibe of Glastonbury as you have to camp outside the festival which smells of total piss anywhere you go and is full of angry teenagers. It was by far the dirties, least green festival I have been to, for Radiohead to say they are playing only 'Green' festivals is laughable in this case. I feel people maybe mislead as VirtualFestivals also call it Scandinavia's answer to Glastonbury. To sum it up, Its not.

Emily Eavis: 'Jay-Z will shake Glastonbury up'

Plus festival organiser tells NME.COM Pete Doherty WILL perform

Im with 'mansunthemonkey' its getting a bit boring all this talk of Jay-Z headlining Glastonbury. I know for sure I'd be there this year (just like the past 4 Glasto's) if I wasn't in a different country right now. You go for the Glastonbury experience. And with new small stages springing up each year, for example The Park area last year, theres always going to be some act you will want to watch. I found several bands on at the same time last year for many of the slots throughout the days. So all those bad mouthing one headlining slot, it can't be the only reason your not going to Glastonbury. Although I agree Mr Jay-Z should of took a bit of a Black Eyed Pea's role and played just before another headliner, a bit like when he played Reading/Leeds fest in 2003. Come on its nothing new a rap act at a UK festival.

Beach Boys end row over name

Mike Love and Al Jardine end dispute

Sat 22 Mar, 2008

Comments (1)

Didn't Mike Love and Brian Wilson have the same argument a few years back. I mean come on, Brian Wilson was The Beach Boys. Mike Love is just trying to hang onto the name to seem like he was more a important part of the Beach Boys than he was. What the fuck has he done apart from play the hits over and over, Brian Wilson is a true musical genius. FACT.
