Find out who will be heading to Worthy Farm next month
Mon 25 May, 2009
It was only last year that Michael Eavis was complaining about too many middle aged punters going to Glastonbury and that he ws looking at changing the way tickets were sold to attract more youngsters, but then he puts on Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Blur as headliners - doesn't make sense. I think it's a very hit and miss (but mostly miss) line up.Ordinarygrl - i'm 42 and the majority of music i buy is by new indie bands. I certainly do know who Calvin Harries, Bloc Party, the Prodidgy and Lady Gaga are, and i'd prefer to see them over Springsteen, Neil Young and Crosby Stills and Nash anyday.Good job Glastonbury is not just about the music.
