As a currently unemployed resident of Los Angeles, I am disgusted by Mr. Phillips remark that the city -- meaning people like me -- should cover MJ's memorial costs. If Mr. Phillips would like to share some of the proceeds he will be collecting from cashing in on MJ's death, i.e. O2 gigs and program sales, then perhaps we can come to some kind of arrangement. PAINT A VULGAR PICTURE, indeed!!!!
