The two comments above sum up eveything i have to say to be honest. The way NME treated Milburn was pathetic, giving them no chance whatsoever to suceed in the music market. Why be so biased and be up Mr Turner arse as if he is some like god? Yeah AM are good, but so are milburn! The truth being milburn are bound to sound like AM due to both singers having distinctive sheff accents, but so what? If their music is great,which it is, why just put shut on them? And never give them a chance? I also find it so spineless, that you at NME slate them in your magazine, however you have put them on your 'essential bands' album for the past 2 years? It just doesnt add up. Milburn, are and always will be my favourite band of all time, growing up listening to their songs was amazing. Their live reputation was envied by many bands, they still and always will remian 'the most underrated band ever!' .
