I think that the canadian band just wants some attention. They know pete is pretty famous and want to ride on his coat tails! I believe pete when he says he's never even heard of this band... I haven't heard of them either. If he did do a cease and desist (which might I add is rediculious) he would admit it ;) this is exactly what he means by its not a scene its an arms race!
