I'm guessing a lot of people will laugh at this but I bet Malaysia doesn't feature high teenage pregnancy and binge drinking tables. It's hardly surprising that Britain is in the state it's in when you look at the 'slutty' dress and behaviour of kids role models such as Gwen Stefani and Pussycat Tramps. If I had it my way I'd ban Avril Lavigne too, not for being too sexy, but for crimes against music.
