Is it lonely up there on your pedestal Will?It's the successful songs that get accused because *duh* how would artists such as Cat Stevens hear all the unsuccessful songs? The point is, you are making money out of someone else's idea. Just like if you sue someone for copywright infringement who hasn't profited from it, the damages will be minimal because they are designed to redress the wrong. You should do some homework before speaking such crap.And the intent argument is bullshit, plenty of bands have realised songs are too similar to another and...DROPPED THEM. I've done it myself, and if I ever found out I had inadvertently ripped someone else off I would be embarrassed, not take the moral high ground.Finally NME, describing Will as a drummer is a bit far fetched donchathink?
