"when will they admit DJ's is Cornershop's Brimful of Asha in disguise?"...the same day cornershop admit brimful of asha is jonathan richman's roadrunner in (an albeit brilliant) disguise, perhaps?course, this begs the question: when will jonathan admit that roadrunner is simply a sweetened up version of the velvets sister ray?which begs the question - doesnt fabio capello look like lou reed thesedays?http://www.calcioecalciatori.it/capello.jpghttp://www.lou-reed.com/loureed_montreux.jpg

'In Rainbows' is out on October 10 and YOU decide how much to pay
Mon 01 Oct, 2007
strange there isn't a physical cd release yet though. if it stays like this (the free download or £40 thing) then they could be accused of rewarding downloaders and ripping off their own fans, which isn't too clever. still, it is top though

Band to release Best Of - and NME.COM has the tracklisting
Fri 21 Sep, 2007
This goes against what the Libs originally stood for - ie. avoiding all that pointless corporate ligging. Why not release the Razzcocks demos? You know, something there's actually some demand for.
The tracklist is so fucking safe. No 'Horrorshow', no 'Seven Deadly Sins', no 'Plan A', no 'Good Old Days'. I mean, I know best-of's are often a safe representation of band's back-cats, but there are some seriously popular songs not included.
It is quite depressing to see one of Britain's best bands of the last decade being sold out even more than they have already. The drugs, tabloids, and subsequent fall out was bad enough, but this is taking the piss out of the music and fans.
