OCS stands for Omul cu Sobolani (The Man with Rats) like the title of Freuds book. The band finds its roots on the Romanian Black Sea, 9 years ago. The bands structure is quite simple: vocal, one guitar, one bass and drums. Since then, they have come a long way: have conquered the Romanian alternative scene, have released 6 albums, have filmed over 19 videos, have had hundreds concerts and is the best rated band of the alternative genre in Romania. The song Cine e de vina has been air played on Radio Guerrilla, Bucharest and the video has been a favourite play on MTV Romania. With this song, O. C. S. is nominated for best rock band at the MTV Romanian awards 2007.
