Robert Peter "Robbie" Williams (born 13 February 1974) is a BRIT Award-winning English singer and musician. He is EMI's best selling artist, along with rock band Coldplay. His career started in 1990, at the age of 16, as a dancer and singer with the pop band Take That. He left the band in 1995 to launch his solo career.
