Skinnyman also featured on various Hip Hop tracks with Hip hop Award Winner Karl Hinds of Ill Flava Records.
Heavily autobiographical and socially analytical, the album makes much use of samples from Made in Britain, a British film from the early 1980s.
He appeared in the first episode of Tower Block Dreams, a 2004 documentary series on BBC Three which looked into the underground music scene in council estates. He also played a small part in the 2005 interactive TV series Dubplate Drama.
Another single, "Change Your Heart" featuring Nemesis & Arrogance, was released by Real Records in August 2006.
Skinnyman also supported Immortal Technique when he performed live in South London in the Coronet Theatre in Elephant and Castle on 4 June 2008.
