Blur’s ‘The Magic Whip’: NME Readers Share Their Reviews

Blur fans, rejoice! ‘The Magic Whip’ – the band’s first new album in twelve years – is currently streaming in full ahead of its Monday (April 27) release. From rambunctious, guaranteed festival bangers (‘I Broadcast’, ‘Lonesome Street’) to some of the band’s most melancholic work to date (‘Thought I Was A Spaceman’, ‘My Terracotta Heart’), it’s a varied listen that shows a band in evolution, deftly dealing with how to make Blur make sense in 2015.

But enough of our thoughts, what do you make of the record? We asked NME readers to tweet us their reviews on #magicwhipreviews and let us know – here’s what you all thought…
